Patrice's watercolor painting and fine art photography depict her love of nature. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Graphic and Fine Art from Millersville University. Her studies continued on a graduate level at Kutztown University. Later she attended workshops with AWS professional watercolorists; Skip Lawrence, Carlton Plummer, Judi Wagner and Zoltan Szabo. Her paintings exhibit a loving sensitivity toward the subject matter through subtle color use and a strong emphasis on design. Patrice received purchase prize awards in 1989 and again in 1992 at the Regional Juried art exhibition held at the Reading Public Museum. Her fine art photography, so named for its strong elements of composition, design and color. She received first prize in a National, Nature Photography contest and has had both her watercolor and photography art published in national magazines. Her profound love of nature and the environment lovingly shine through paintings and photography.
